Certainly. If your logo and promotional materials are not in a digital format, we can convert them to a format appropriate for your website. We can accept almost any type of file. If your materials are printed, we can scan and convert them to a digital format.

Maintenance is the process of keeping your site updated with new content that you provide. Most good web sites have new content updated regularly. Fresh content is what will keep your visitors coming back. Maintenance also involves renewing domain registration, web hosting and search engine optimization.

Is there a fee every time I need to change or update my web site?
Once your site is completed, published, up and running we handle all the maintenance for you. You can choose a "as needed", hourly rate plan or a monthly maintenance plan. All plans are customized based only on the maintenance services you request.

Who "owns" the web site after it is created?
Generally, under the Copyright Act, the author of the work, the party that does the work to create the web site, will be considered the copyright owner. An independent contractor that does the development work is generally considered to be the author of the work for Copyright Law purposes. However, in our Contract we agree to give you a license to use the site. We keep the underlying copyright and give you the perpetual right to use your website. We require that the copyright statement and the link back to us acknowledging that the site was designed, published and is maintained by Integrative Web Services remain in the footer. We also reserve the right to display any development (web design, banner, logo or other) in our online portfolio if desired.
